Susanna Moyer

Susanna Moyer is a creative director and fashion business leader with extensive experience in building and scaling global brands. She has worked with renowned houses including Christian Dior Paris, Liz Claiborne, and Hickey Freeman, bridging creativity with commercial strategy.

As the founder of her own label, carried by Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and over 250 specialty retailers, Susanna brings a deep understanding of how design, sustainability, and business innovation intersect in today’s evolving fashion landscape.

Her work continues to focus on reimagining the future of fashion—where creativity, responsible practices, and strategic growth come together to shape the next generation of the industry.

Ketty PilletKetty Pillet 

Vice President, Marketing, Americas 

Ketty Pillet is the Vice President of Marketing, Americas for Lectra. She is responsible for marketing of Lectra’s industry leading software and automation solutions in North and South America. She works closely with product management and a global team of marketing leaders within each of Lectra’s core geographies to ensure the company is meeting the needs of its customers in its core industry segments. Ketty Pillet has over 20 years of experience in international marketing, Customer Relationship Management and sales dedicated to industrial high-tech businesses. Pillet was previously the Vice President of Marketing for Gerber Technology where she focused on continuing to support Gerber’s spirit of innovation by leveraging and building upon the brand equity Gerber has established as the "gold standard" others strive to emulate. Prior to joining Gerber,  she served as Marketing Director for Lectra. In that role, Ketty Pillet was responsible for leading the company’s go-to-market strategy for the software and hardware solutions dedicated to the Fashion & Apparel and Furniture markets. She began her career at Oracle (Siebel) as a Solution consultant for CRM solutions. Ketty earned her MBA from the École Supérieure De Commerce Poitiers in France and her Bachelor of Science in Business and technology from Coventry University (England). 

Heba Abdellatif

Heba Abdellatif is a multilingual professional with over 28 years of experience spanning the international private sector and the United Nations, where she has held pivotal roles, most notably in establishing UN offices in conflict zones and challenging environments. She is currently on the United Nations Women’s Guild Board and Founder and President of Nuba Arts, empowering Egyptian artisans with disabilities and bridging rural cultural heritage with the global market.

Melissa Shea

Melissa Shea is CEO of Fashion Mingle, a global network for fashion industry professionals representing over 15,000 members in 125+ fashion occupations. Fashion Mingle’s technology platform provides members with business profiles to promote their services, events, and hiring needs, helping the most creative people on the planet find work and opportunities as unique and diverse as they are.
