Susanna Moyer

Susanna Moyer is a creative director and fashion business leader with extensive experience in building and scaling global brands. She has worked with renowned houses including Christian Dior Paris, Liz Claiborne, and Hickey Freeman, bridging creativity with commercial strategy.

As the founder of her own label, carried by Neiman Marcus, Nordstrom, and over 250 specialty retailers, Susanna brings a deep understanding of how design, sustainability, and business innovation intersect in today’s evolving fashion landscape.

Her work continues to focus on reimagining the future of fashion—where creativity, responsible practices, and strategic growth come together to shape the next generation of the industry.

Ketty Pillet

Ketty Pillet is a global marketing executive with over 20 years of experience across technology, fashion, and industrial innovation. As Vice President of Marketing, Americas at Lectra, she leads the adoption of Industry 4.0 and SaaS solutions across multiple sectors, including fashion and apparel.

She specializes in translating complex technologies—such as AI, cloud, and 3D solutions—into clear, impactful strategies that drive brand growth, customer engagement, and market expansion. Previously, she held senior leadership roles at Gerber Technology, overseeing global marketing and communications.

Ketty brings deep expertise in go-to-market strategy, demand generation, and cross-functional leadership, with a strong focus on connecting innovation with real-world industry impact.

Heba Abdellatif

Heba Abdellatif has worked for the United Nations for almost 20 years and continues to serve through her charitable and philanthropic activities with U.N. associations such as the UN Women’s Guild and the United Nations Fashion & Lifestyle Network.

Heba is the founder of Nuba Arts, launched in 2021 to promote Egyptian handmade heritage. Heba believes in the power of cultural heritage as a catalyst for sustainable development. The Nuba Arts mission is to bridge global Sustainable Agenda gaps through partnerships, marginalized skills, innovation, and heritage preservation and traditions.

By empowering artisans, particularly those from marginalized communities—including refugees and persons with disabilities— Nuba Arts creates pathways for education, economic independence, and global cultural exchange. The artisan made products are available on their website and at the United Nations gift shop in New York City.

Melissa Shea

Melissa Shea is a fashion entrepreneur, marketing strategist, and community builder with over two decades of experience at the intersection of creativity, technology, and brand development. As CEO and cofounder of Fashion Mingle, she has built a global platform dedicated to connecting fashion professionals, strengthening local industry ecosystems, and creating new economic opportunities across the fashion and beauty sectors.

Through Fashion Mingle, Melissa has led custom marketing initiatives, experiential activations, and event production for international fashion and beauty clients, while also managing media teams for New York Fashion Week and hosting the NYFW Networking Party. Her work reflects a strong understanding of how community, visibility, and strategic positioning can accelerate growth for emerging and established brands alike.
